This tier list was made by top players for top level gameplay. Madara has great mash, jutsu, etc, and an overpowered awakening that's virtually uncounterable when played right. I can't tell if you're trolling or not Decent Tier: Naruto- Rasengan, Rasenshuriken, and your choice of infinate chakra of 4-tails :) Gaara- Slow Sand, Big Power Jiraiya- While mabye his moves aren't "pleasent" to watch, as mentioned, I think he still makes average tier with his decent-damage rasengan and pleathura of attacks. Sage mode bumps him to decent because while naruto's A tier= Sasuke (Kirin, Susanoo,Taka and true spear), Sage mode naruto, Hidan, New kabuto,Nagato,Yugito, Raikage,Kiba and older neji B tier = Hinata, Kankuro, Danzo,Killer bee, Haku, Pain, Shino, Fuu, Roshi, Asuma, Minato, Ino, Sakura,Darui, Tobirama, all Kakashis, Rocke lee (older), All obtios (tobi included) and Madara.
